Who Are We
We’re a tight knit team of experts.
Our team has been working together for 15 years. We employ our own experienced trades people including concreters, carpenters and plumbers.
To make building your home effortless, we have an admin team who are passionate about developing a relationship with YOU, the customer, the moment you walk in the door. We also provide in-house design and drafting service.
Rod, Andrew & Lou have lived & worked in Sale most of their lives and are passionate about our region..
Our Guarantees

Master Builders Guarantee
We are Gold Member Master Builders and all of our homes come with a 6 year structural guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind. We also guarantee a 12 month maintenance period, in case you require any adjustments whilst settling into your new home.
Quality Workmanship
We are committed to building excellence and guarantee to work to the highest standard to achieve a quality building that will stand the test of time.

Our Story
Leaving a legacy
Where it all started
1976-1983
Lou started his own building business after completing his apprenticeship and doing a few years national service. Andrew joined him as an apprentice in 1983. Once Andrew finished his apprenticeship they formed a new building company together.
